What is included in the fee?
The fee includes a license to use Phoenix at your post; customisation of the system for your particular needs; installation at post, and training of key users.
Can it be installed at my post?
Phoenix was designed to run on FCO systems. Although it runs best on a network, Phoenix can also run on any PC, or system, that has Microsoft Office software installed.
Do I need any special IT knowledge?
No, Phoenix is a Windows application, and can be use by anyone familiar with other Windows applications (like Word or Excel).
What support can I expect after installation?
There is a formal 6-month free "de-bug" agreement. In addition, we are happy to continue improving your system over an extended period of time, providing that the changes required are not massive.
